#WEBIKETOGETHER

Before the match on Sunday April 24th, we invite everyone to join other AGF fans by bike when we ride the bike together to the stadium. We will gather at Ingerslevs Boulevard, and set out together on a so-called 1880 route.

#WeBikeTogether (#ViCyklerSammen) is an open invitation to meet up with other fans before a home match, have coffee and chat, before collectively setting our bikes in motion towards the stadium.
The route is named “The 1880 Route”, 1880 m distance in total, reflecting our club’s long history and our establishment in 1880.
So we start out exactly 1880 meters from Ceres Park; from a place on Ingerslevs Boulevard close to Aarhus Swimming Stadium - just keep an eye out for the flags and the music. The area opens at 16.30, with complimentary afternoon coffee and juice to the kids. There will also be an opportunity to win a player jersey before we get on the bike and go.
At Ceres Park, specially designed and monitored bicycle parking spaces await, where you can safely leave your bicycle while watching the football match.
The event is free and does not require registration. Just show up - remember your bike!
Fan travel is a huge part of any club’s climate impact. So why not make the more sustainable option a fun one? #WeBikeTogether is a new scheme to nudge fans of AGF Aarhus choose the bike to go to home matches together.

In Denmark, everyone has a bike, even smaller children. And since football is all about community, we invented a community route from the city to the stadium. The stadium is a situated in the city, but often not thought of as such. We wanted to change that perception.
